Great app. However would like to see peds tab fixed. Under induction meds, it has the correct mg/kg dose but the black bolded dose listed for the stated weight is incorrect and shows the same dose regardless of the weight chosen. All the other meds are right. Just the induction section isnt correct. Could be dangerous if you dont calculate it yourself. Otherwise love the app!

Everything is great about this app, its well worth the price. If I could suggest in the RSI tab, increasing Rocuronium up to 1.5 mg/kg. Or just let users adjust each medication to their local protocol. That would be great!! Thank you!!

Im an ICU nurse bought this app over two years ago thought it was worth the $10 but it hasnt been updated in over a year!!! It crashes constantly especially when using the Spanish function. This hasnt been updated since iOS 8!!! When you click on developers website it takes you to an Asian porn website! As an ICU nurse I would not recommend this app until these issues are resolved! Not safe for patient use!

I now love this app...a critical care paramedic I work with was reviewing with it on the way to a call and I was instantly hooked. Love all the features and information. Well worth the $10 for the app. Thanks for a great resource guide so I dont need to carry a huge pocket book around anymore!

Update looks awesome. Great functionality on my iPhone 5s. Doesnt work well on my iPad mini. The screen doesnt show all the margins of the app so when you get into some areas you cant navigate back because the buttons are outside the margins. Great work though, I use it on a daily basis

I use this app regularly. From the time I started as a PCP until now. Great drug reference. The quick paediatric section is also very useful.

Great reference and study tool, particularly in Peds, ER, Cardio and ICU. Obs usefulness limited. Could have more examples/variations of ECGs (eg: PEA may not look like asystole and not all VTs look the same) but it gives you the basic idea.

This is without a doubt the best app I own. I have several on my iPhone but use this one exclusive. Wish it had came out first and saved me a few bucks. I used the RSI guide the other day for the first time. Thanks for all the hard work that went into the development of this app..

Hands down, the best medical app out there!!! This app has every calculation imaginable! Very user friendly--I am a flight nurse, and have found the information contained in this app extremely useful!!!! Its worth every penny!!!!

If you are going into the Aeromedical field, this is your App! It has everything you need from RSI to Pedis to Lab Values and drugs. Dosage calculators and Flowcharts all at your fingertips. Well worth more than what you pay for it!

Outstanding app with a huge amount of medical information from peds to neuro to cardiology. Easy to use and a great reference for any med student, ED physician, medic or nurse.

Easy to use, amazing and has everything

Great content. This app fills a need that is not being addressed by others. That said, as of March 2014, it has not been updated in 18 mo. Given that the subject is critical care medicine, it would be reassuring if the developer were actively updating, tweaking, and correcting the content. Lack of support for the iPhone 5 screen is an annoyance, lack of updates in general is more concerning.

Amazing content in an easy to find manner. 3 stars though bc it needs to be updated for larger screen sizes.

Awesome app, puts everything you need for critical care at your fingertips. The update is great, the new look is vivid and clears up the clumsiness of some of the previous versions navigation. I loved the RSI calculator and it has gotten so much better with the update. Highly recommended!
