Great app, needs ongoing updates

Great content. This app fills a need that is not being addressed by others. That said, as of March 2014, it has not been updated in 18 mo. Given that the subject is critical care medicine, it would be reassuring if the developer were actively updating, tweaking, and correcting the content. Lack of support for the iPhone 5 screen is an annoyance, lack of updates in general is more concerning.
